Propulsion (Hybrid & BEV Powertrain) Expert(m/w/x)
Costing analyses and technical insights for hybrid and BEV powertrains. Hybrid and electric propulsion systems experience preferred. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- 10+ years in powertrain engineering, automotive cost engineering, or related technical roles
- Experience with hybrid and electric propulsion systems preferred
- Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers highly valued
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong expertise in hybrid/electric powertrains, combustion engines, transmissions, power electronics
- Deep understanding of propulsion system cost drivers and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of design-to-cost methodologies and automotive cost structures
- Ability to analyze complex engineering systems and cost trade-offs
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in international/cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with internal costing tools is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French or German is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
