- •Develop innovative Si Power MOSFET components
- •Characterize devices and verify specifications
- •Analyze manufacturing and electrical production data
- •Manage the characterization laboratory's technical operations
- •Coordinate laboratory and test equipment development
- •Serve as the responsible electrically skilled person
- •Execute and coordinate further development tasks
- •Manage interfaces with customers and manufacturing
- •Collaborate with the quality assurance department
