- Experience in driving sales growth and achieving regional KPI targets
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies through indirect sales channels
- Proactive team player
- Willingness to contribute and take initiative
- Continuous learning and collaboration eagerness
- Flexibility and openness to international business trips
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ideally fluent in German
- Additional language skills are an advantage
