Requirements

  • 5+ years channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development (B2B SaaS or AI preferred)
  • Proven track record building and scaling partner revenue
  • Experience with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud providers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology
  • Familiarity and success selling and recruiting into VAR ecosystems
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups

Tasks

  • Build and enable Unframe’s partner ecosystem
  • Develop strategic partnerships with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and technology partners
  • Drive sourced and influenced revenue
  • Develop and execute channel strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Identify and recruit high-value channel partners
  • Onboard and support new channel partners
  • Build joint business plans with key partners
  • Establish clear partner segmentation and coverage models
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs
  • Conduct sales training and technical onboarding
  • Certify partners in Unframe solutions
  • Equip partners with positioning and messaging
  • Highlight competitive differentiation to partners
  • Support partners in pipeline generation
  • Assist partners in deal execution
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns
  • Initiate co-selling initiatives
  • Own partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets
  • Forecast channel pipeline and performance
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure alignment between direct sales and channel teams
  • Work with Sales to establish clear rules of engagement
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation
  • Provide product feedback from partner and customer insights
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on joint account expansion
