- Advise project and programme teams
- Define acceptance criteria for communication outputs
- Drive continuous improvement in knowledge sharing
- Monitor communication and collaboration metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead standardisation initiatives
- Build capability across the Business Transformation function
- Coach teams on tools and best practices
