Optimizing Finance and Controlling processes for a European snack producer, translating requirements into IT solutions. Several years of business transformation and finance IT systems experience required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields
  • Focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Analytics
  • Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting
  • Strong Finance/Controlling background with operational exposure
  • Experience with finance-related IT systems (ERP, consolidation, BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in process design and functional specifications
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, KPIs, and internal control frameworks
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, SharePoint)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week

Tasks

  • Lead sub-projects within transformation initiatives
  • Represent Business Transformation in management discussions
  • Develop functional specifications and process improvements
  • Optimise Finance and Controlling processes
  • Translate finance requirements into IT solutions
  • Mentor junior colleagues
  • Facilitate communication between Finance/Controlling and Business Transformation

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
