- Develop functional specifications and process improvements
- Design organizational structures
- Drive ERP improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement
- Configure and test ERP systems
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Ensure alignment and adoption of new standards
- Perform hands-on validation and testing
- Conduct data analysis and issue resolution
- Expand knowledge in manufacturing, order-to-cash, quality, commercials, and finance
- Mentor junior team members
