Caregiver Account Manager - Hungarian speaking(m/w/x)
Acquiring and managing live-in caregiver clients, advising candidates, and discussing care assignments. Previous recruiter or account manager experience for live-in caregivers required. Attractive commissions, state-of-the-art office, and hybrid work up to two days per week.
Requirements
- Previous experience as recruiter or account manager for live in caregiver (remote)
- Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care (office)
- Enjoyment of making phone calls and convincing caregivers
- Personable, open, and communicative personality
- Winner’s mentality: quick learning, proactive, and going the extra mile
- Fluent Hungarian (C2)
- Good English or German
- Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot (advantageous)
Tasks
- Acquire and manage a client base
- Advise interested caregivers
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Discuss care assignments with caregivers
- Support caregivers during transitions and emergencies
- Manage caregiver base independently
- Act as main point of contact for caregivers
- Maintain regular contact with caregivers
- Conduct satisfaction surveys with caregivers
- Provide conflict resolution best practices
- Collaborate with international teams
- Offer constructive feedback for process improvement
Education
- High school diploma
