- Familiarity with customer experience strategies and channel activation
- Open-mindedness, empathetic interaction, influencing skills, and alignment driving
- Hands-on approach and good communication for consulting
- Strong German and English communication skills
Tasks
- Design and execute omnichannel campaigns
- Set clear, measurable campaign objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Use data-driven insights to enhance quality
- Ensure timely and cohesive campaign execution
- Work with Marketing, Communication, Customer Experience Strategy, Content Operations, and Digital Enablement
- Measure campaigns against KPIs and metrics
- Utilize data analytics for customer behavior insights
- Adjust campaigns for maximum impact
- Consolidate and share campaign learnings
- Provide insights into campaign design and planning
- Coordinate campaign performance and reporting
- Ensure seamless and on-schedule campaign execution
- Leverage omnichannel marketing technologies
- Accelerate excellence in customer experience
