Tasks
- Drive strategic development of Marketing and Commercial Excellence
- Advance operational marketing and commercial initiatives
- Build a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Align Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Commercial Operations
- Contribute to sustainable commercial growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Strengthen brand positioning
- Ensure consistent brand and corporate identity
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses
- Implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage website, social media, and email marketing
- Coordinate trade fairs and events
- Plan content and thought leadership initiatives
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development
- Design and implement a modern CX program
- Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints
- Improve CRM processes for efficiency and transparency
- Lead commercial excellence and process optimization
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
