Requirements

  • 3-8 years Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Medical Technology
  • Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or scientific degree preferred
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience managing complex customer projects and long sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of contractual and commercial frameworks
  • Ability to operate confidently in technical and commercial discussions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style
  • Fluent English and German

Tasks

  • Own and manage customer relationships
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Drive strategic and operational business
  • Act as the primary customer contact
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and expand business opportunities
  • Manage forecasts and pipeline development
  • Represent LRE Medical in meetings and events
