Managing optical and electrochemical systems for medical devices and IVD. 3-8 years Life Sciences or MedTech sales experience required. Full account ownership, remote within Germany.
Requirements
- 3-8 years Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Medical Technology
- Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or scientific degree preferred
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience managing complex customer projects and long sales cycles
- Solid understanding of contractual and commercial frameworks
- Ability to operate confidently in technical and commercial discussions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style
- Fluent English and German
Tasks
- Own and manage customer relationships
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions
- Drive strategic and operational business
- Act as the primary customer contact
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure successful project execution
- Identify and expand business opportunities
- Manage forecasts and pipeline development
- Represent LRE Medical in meetings and events
