- •In-depth understanding of global service processes
- •Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
- •Experience in technically oriented service environments
- •Understanding of integrated service applications and interfaces
- •Interest in digitalization and AI-based solutions
- •Excellent communication and change management skills
- •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- •Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking
- •Very good English skills
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •German language skills (advantageous)
