- •Monitor and analyze existing operational processes
- •Evaluate end-to-end supply workflows and systems
- •Assess document processing and prescription verification workflows
- •Drive operational excellence by closing process gaps
- •Resolve interface errors through stakeholder collaboration
- •Manage efficient document scanning and OCR processing
- •Coordinate improvements for document-related issues
- •Oversee eKV creation and contract compliance
- •Translate insurance contract rules into operational guidance
- •Monitor key social health insurance interfaces
- •Resolve technical and process-related interface issues
- •Manage RSP status and clearing cases
- •Optimize workflows using findings from clearing cases
- •Support accurate and timely invoicing processes
- •Correct discrepancies within upstream billing processes
- •Analyze deduction cases for reimbursement potential
- •Provide recommendations based on financial and contractual data
- •Perform structured analyses using BI tools and Excel
- •Identify trends and inefficiencies through data insights
- •Manage internal stakeholders and health insurance partners
- •Coordinate complex inquiries regarding reimbursement and workflows
