- Define and improve digital mortgage products
- Identify and propose improvements to credit lifecycle
- Monitor pricing and commercial offering positioning
- Track market and competitor activities
- Analyze customer behavior and usage metrics
- Translate business and customer questions into insights
- Monitor funnels and conversion rates
- Support lending performance analysis
- Evaluate new initiatives through business cases
- Prepare insights for product and management decisions
- Track core KPIs for lending performance
- Conduct post-launch impact assessments
- Ensure alignment between analysis and execution
- Support third-party management
- Incorporate customer perspective into analyses
- Improve clarity and effectiveness of lending experiences
