Requirements
- Degree in science, business, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in customer-facing roles
- Contract pharmaceutical industry sales experience preferred
- Mandatory hunting mentality
- Willingness to learn new selling methods
- Eagerness to develop CDMO sales expertise
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Excellent English and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn negotiation skills
- Ability to learn CRM and software
- High organization and Salesforce proficiency
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Tasks
- Identify business targets for oral dosage forms
- Prospect new opportunities aligned with strategic goals
- Participate in onsite factory and customer meetings
- Execute actions within regional territory plans
- Complete training on technologies and business processes
- Support local and national trade shows and events
- Identify potential clients through cold calling and research
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Present and promote CDMO services to prospective clients
- Assist in negotiating and closing business deals
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Report on sales activities and lead conversion rates
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments to present product offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to transfer sales opportunities
