Business Development Representative - German speaking(m/w/x)
High volume outbound prospecting for AI solutions predicting global supply chain risks. Native German proficiency essential, with 2+ years B2B sales development experience required. Extra birthday vacation day, flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments
- Very good at prospecting and cold-calling
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German
- Professional level fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Outgoing personality and passion to succeed
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Living in a commutable distance to Vienna or willing to relocate
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Tasks
- Handle high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and emailing
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create and implement prospect strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting quarterly goals
- Understand customer requirements and needs using sales methodologies
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met
