Tasks

  • Generate meetings to support early-stage pipeline growth
  • Learn core prospecting and outreach techniques
  • Engage buying group members to develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Conduct structured outreach activities to qualify meeting interest
  • Document interactions accurately and hand off qualified meetings
  • Follow up with strategic marketing events
  • Engage current and future clients via phone, email, and social media
  • Connect with key contacts using approved messaging and qualification criteria
  • Apply basic problem-solving techniques to assess client needs
  • Determine appropriate next steps based on defined criteria
  • Collaborate with GBA management, Development, and GTM teams
  • Amplify brand-approved content to deliver personalized experiences
  • Maintain accurate documentation of engagement and follow-up activities
  • Participate in development simulations and in-person competitions
  • Meet KPI expectations
