Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or industrial engineering
- 1+ years of experience in goal-oriented B2B sales
- Experience in fast-driven SaaS company (ideal)
- Consistent and personalized outreach skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Inbound prospecting or outbound lead generation experience
- High activity levels (emailing, cold-calling, outreach)
- Independent and collaborative work ability
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to keep up with current events
- Creative problem-solving approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite
- Strategic, research-based approach
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Communication via Email, social media, phone, web conferencing
- Commitment to development in line with brand objectives and KPIs
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Other European language is a plus (German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Italian)
Tasks
- Represent the company in strategic growth initiatives
- Target technology-based Fortune 500 and SMEs in Europe
- Act as a brand ambassador across various channels
- Identify and engage the right target audience
- Drive demand and generate leads
- Prioritize customer needs and wants
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management
- Develop key selling features for launches and campaigns
