Requirements

  • Strong business and commercial knowledge
  • Experience with global automotive customers
  • Market knowledge and automotive network
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Lead business development for automotive key accounts
  • Prepare detailed business plans
  • Drive strategic development of existing accounts
  • Coordinate closely with Key Account Managers
  • Manage technical alignments and validation processes
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers
  • Develop short-, mid-, and long-term portfolio strategies
  • Coordinate with Product Management and R&D
  • Ensure timely follow-up of products and solutions
  • Support large-scale projects and product launches
  • Deliver independent technical presentations
  • Represent the Automotive division at trade fairs
