- •Deep understanding of military procurement processes and compliance requirements
- •Well-established network within the defence and security sectors
- •Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
- •Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- •Fluency in English with ability to negotiate complex deals; additional languages are a strong plus

- •Analyze markets to find new opportunities
- •Assess competitive landscape and entry barriers
- •Identify and win Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders
- •Serve as liaison between military customers and product team
- •Ensure customer insights inform product innovation
- •Partner with local sales teams for military procurement
- •Provide expertise, training, and resources for engagements
- •Build and evaluate partnerships with integrators and resellers
- •Collaborate with defense contractors
