Requirements

  • Success in selling innovative hardware solutions to military and law enforcement organizations
  • Deep understanding of military procurement processes and compliance requirements
  • Well-established network within the defence and security sectors
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluency in English with ability to negotiate complex deals; additional languages are a strong plus

  • Shape customer relationships and win tenders
  • Establish strategic partnerships in defense and security
  • Take ownership of the European military and law enforcement business
  • Identify and create demand for products
  • Expand key accounts in the sector
  • Analyze markets to find new opportunities
  • Assess competitive landscape and entry barriers
  • Identify and win Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders
  • Serve as liaison between military customers and product team
  • Ensure customer insights inform product innovation
  • Partner with local sales teams for military procurement
  • Provide expertise, training, and resources for engagements
  • Build and evaluate partnerships with integrators and resellers
  • Collaborate with defense contractors
