Requirements
- Native-level Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally interior design, architecture, office solutions, or related industries, preferably in Italy or Italian market focus)
- Strong virtual selling ability and trust-building via video calls and email
- Solid understanding of local business culture and Italian purchasing decisions
- Structured thinking and methodical approach to sales and pipeline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to test new ideas, learn from mistakes, and improve quickly

Tasks

- Improve messaging, pricing, and sales scripts.
- Collaborate with Marketing for high-quality lead generation.
- Partner with Operations/Customer Support for smooth post-sales.
- Continuously improve sales process to maximize conversion.
- Report sales performance to central team.
- Report pipeline status to central team.
- Report customer feedback to central team.
