Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally interior design, architecture, office solutions, or related industries, preferably in Italy or Italian market focus)
  • Strong virtual selling ability and trust-building via video calls and email
  • Solid understanding of local business culture and Italian purchasing decisions
  • Structured thinking and methodical approach to sales and pipeline management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to test new ideas, learn from mistakes, and improve quickly
  • Process-driven and improvement-oriented mindset, structured way of working, interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes

Tasks

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
  • Conduct video consultations to understand needs.
  • Present suitable solutions during product demonstrations.
  • Encourage visits to local showrooms.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Odoo CRM.
  • Ensure consistent, professional follow-ups.
  • Close sales deals.

  • Collaborate with Marketing for high-quality lead generation.
  • Partner with Operations/Customer Support for smooth post-sales.
  • Continuously improve sales process to maximize conversion.
  • Report sales performance to central team.

  • Report customer feedback to central team.
