Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years Sales/Business Development experience in Tetra Pak or minimum 4 years external Business Development experience
  • Successful track record of generating new business
  • Understanding of local market/customers/categories mapping
  • Ability to assess and qualify opportunities with other functions
  • Good understanding of retailer environment
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (around 30%)
  • Driver's licence

Tasks

  • Drive business growth in assigned territory
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Pursue and secure new customer prospects
  • Develop and execute prospect account plans
  • Map relevant industry categories for market growth
  • Propose prospecting plans based on business potential
  • Align with functional counterparts in the market company
  • Lead sales efforts for identified prospects
  • Support customer management during startup phase
  • Deploy company portfolio effectively
  • Provide feedback to product management
  • Contribute to business intelligence on competitors
