  • Manage customer relationships from a services perspective
  • Diagnose customer needs proactively and continuously
  • Create and implement quality account plans
  • Follow up on account plans in line with customer and team goals
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Create solution and fact-based value proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Drive growth of profitable service contracts
  • Understand internal interfaces of a global company
  • Support resolution of technical issues
  • Manage communication with customers
  • Integrate into the services sales team
