Tasks

  • Own full sales cycle for new merchant customers
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and in-person
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Onboarding, Risk, and Compliance
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline
  • Conduct cold outreach and structured discovery
  • Handle full-cycle deals from initial contact to Go-Live
  • Manage deals ranging from 4 weeks to multiple months
  • Plan and forecast sales pipeline accurately
  • Prioritize short- and long-term opportunities
  • Build strong merchant relationships in DACH market
  • Increase Mollie's brand awareness through events and communication
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination for customer onboarding
  • Consistently meet performance targets
  • Convert Upmarket prospects into active Mollie customers
