Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of pharma logistics and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
  • Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for product and service development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
  • Flexibility and self-motivation with a results-driven approach

Tasks

  • Develop and qualify leads through outreach
  • Collaborate with European and global sales partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce
  • Drive business development initiatives for Cold Chain Ground services
  • Deliver commercial proposals with the tender management team
  • Shape sales strategies and action plans
  • Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions
