Tasks
- •Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes
- •Generate leads using sales tools, networks, and market insights
- •Sell tailored Air and LCL solutions using relevant value propositions
- •Prepare spot quotes and support large RFQ opportunities
- •Collaborate with local product teams on pricing and growth
- •Onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion
- •Cross-sell and upsell customs and haulage services
- •Drive new business on strategic trade lanes
- •Coordinate smooth transitions from sales to operations
- •Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams seamlessly
- •Provide market insights to support product development
- •Maintain high customer satisfaction from contact through implementation
