Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Business Controlling or Financial Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI, PowerQuery, or PowerPivot experience
  • Structured, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Partner with Logistics and Operations teams
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
  • Analyze operational costs and KPIs
  • Identify efficiency gains and cost optimization opportunities
  • Lead financial support for logistics investment projects
  • Develop business cases for investment projects
  • Control logistics investment projects
  • Monitor operational spending
  • Challenge spending to align with strategic goals
  • Maintain the Logistics Scorecard
  • Translate performance data into insights
  • Optimize working capital
  • Support stock evaluations
  • Evaluate payment terms

Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

  • English – Native
  • German – Basic
