Financial Controller(m/w/x)

Description

As a Financial Controller, you will engage in monthly reporting and financial planning while partnering closely with teams to drive insights and support strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, preparing presentations, and optimizing financial processes.

Requirements

• •Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• •At least 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A for FMCG company or external audit firm
• •Ability to learn quickly and leverage technology solutions
• •Good understanding of P&L impacts of business decisions
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills
• •Strategic thinking with attention to detail
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
• •Knowledge of finance tools (Jedox, Qlik, Power BI, JD Edwards) is an advantage
• •Fluency in English written and verbal, German is a plus

Tasks

• •Contribute to monthly P&L reporting cycle
• •Prepare high-quality management commentary for HQ in Paris
• •Support development of planning scenarios and Rolling Forecasts
• •Conduct Risks & Opportunities analyses
• •Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and insights
• •Create presentations for management and key stakeholders
• •Act as a business partner to OPEX and Marketing teams
• •Support forecast planning and monitor financial business cases
• •Identify cost-efficiency opportunities
• •Consolidate OPEX costs for Northern Europe markets
• •Support Group Finance Transformation initiatives
• •Enhance BI strategy and reporting landscape
