Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • 8+ years experience in Controlling / FP&A
  • Proven senior business partnering experience
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong understanding of customer economics
  • Strong understanding of forecasting
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery)
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English

Tasks

  • Co-steer financial performance for Germany
  • Provide financial insights to German management team
  • Analyze and track key financial and operational KPIs
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Take ownership of profitability improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate commercial initiatives with business cases
  • Conduct profitability analyses and scenario modeling
  • Enhance forecasting and planning processes
  • Leverage modern methodologies and technologies
  • Lead and develop FP&A analyst/controller
  • Foster collaborative, high-performance team culture
