- Bachelor's degree and excellent academic record
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- Experience in Life Sciences, particularly in the Commercial and Medical area
- Good understanding of multi-channel strategy and optimization, product launch, go-to-market strategy, commercial model design, key account planning and management, segmentation and targeting, insight and analytics, and brand strategy
- Good understanding of commercial/marketing technology and Veeva's platforms and solutions
- Good understanding of digital technology in Health and life sciences
- Proven analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated leadership of others
- Highly effective project management skills
- Skilled in facilitating collaboration
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong personal impact and ability to influence
- Effective communicator verbally and written in English and local office language
- Experience with digital technologies
- Experience working with SaaS solutions
- Understanding/experience of AI and its applications in sales and marketing
- Fluency in multiple European languages
- Legally authorized to be employed in the EU and the UK
Tasks
- Lead workstreams in project engagements
- Plan, organize, and manage delivery aspects
- Ensure scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines are met
- Design, build, and deliver project-specific deliverables
- Identify and proactively solve client problems
- Serve as primary client contact for operational questions
- Develop relationships through discussions and workshops
- Manage priorities of Associate Consultants
- Support and mentor Associates in skill development
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Provide industry, market, and functional insights
- Contribute to business development opportunities
- Help develop and share thought leadership
