Tasks
- Manage relationships with broker accounts
- Communicate with brokers via calls
- Provide updates on ongoing cases
- Answer questions about applications and products
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for Broker Channel Managers
- Exceed KPIs to achieve growth targets
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with assigned brokers
- Build long-term relationships with accounts
- Help brokers achieve their business goals
- Represent iwoca with in-depth knowledge of the company
- Follow up on existing loan offers with brokers
