  • Coordinate with other central interfaces
  • Co-create and roll out the omnichannel customer journey
  • Continuously optimize the omnichannel customer journey
  • Plan national congresses and events
  • Execute national congresses and events
  • Evaluate national congresses and events
  • Plan launch initiatives along the customer journey
