- Strong communication skills, ability to represent complex statistical theories and results to non-specialists

Tasks
- Plan and execute statistical analyses for complex studies
- Ensure project results are delivered on schedule
- Apply state-of-the-art methods and Machine Learning
- Develop analytical pipelines
- Program statistical software in R
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex study issues
- Present results to partners in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and R&D
- Provide functional guidance to team members and students
- Mentor team members and students
- Participate in internal Communities of Practice
- Evolve methodological and programming standards
