- Obsession with MQL to SQL conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google/Apple Search Ads
- Cross-functional diplomacy with Sales, Creative, Data teams
- Commercial acumen (ROI, LTV, Pipeline understanding)
- Fluent English skills
- Minimum 3 years B2B Digital Marketing lead generation experience
Tasks
- Develop strategies to identify and capture prospects
- Nurture prospects from MQL to SQL stages
- Design and manage B2B performance campaigns
- Execute campaigns across SEA and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Manage campaigns on App platforms (Apple, Google, TikTok)
- Manage monthly acquisition budgets
- Analyze cohort data (ROAS, Retention, CLV)
- Optimize budget for efficient spend
- Collaborate with design and content teams
- Produce high-performing ad assets and landing pages
- Test and iterate on ad assets and landing pages
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Penetrate high-value enterprise targets
- Collaborate with Analytics teams
- Build data dashboards
- Monitor the customer journey funnel
- Drive a rigorous A/B testing roadmap
- Explore emerging technologies
- Identify AI use cases and new publisher opportunities
- Align with B2C UA teams
- Achieve B2B and B2C targets
- Ensure market-wide target attainment
