- •Established network within the French and/or Belgian design community
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- •Ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects
- •Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an advantage

- •Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and establish internal processes
- •Implement retention and upselling initiatives while monitoring customer satisfaction
- •Collaborate with senior leadership on key presentations
- •Represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs
