Tasks
- •Conduct detailed mechanical design using Siemens NX
- •Collaborate with hardware engineers to implement design iterations
- •Prepare manufacturing drawings and manage standard parts release
- •Develop Bill of Material documentation for avionics units
- •Create and document detailed assembly procedures
- •Perform mechanical assembly while recording fasteners and torque
- •Support the creation of test procedures and reports
- •Represent the team during vibration and thermal testing
- •Report on design decisions and recommend improvements
- •Contribute to Nyx-Earth main architecture trade-off decisions
- •Partner with system engineering for cross-functional spacecraft design
