Requirements

Tasks

  • Provide audiovisual and IT support for seminars, meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Maintain internal and external networks for live and on-demand streaming
  • Support Zoom-based videoconferencing across EMBL and manage licensing
  • Collaborate with AV colleagues and conference organizers to design and maintain conference platforms
  • Coordinate staffing for conference and meeting events
  • Record high-quality digital videos of live events, including live streaming
  • Supervise and maintain conference and meeting rooms for audiovisual readiness
  • Respond to client requests regarding audiovisual needs
  • Plan and implement technical setups for meetings, including offsite support

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Basic
