- Ensure proper preparation, mobilization, and documentation for field service
- Act as primary contact for field teams and customers during execution
- Ensure safety, quality, and scope compliance during execution
- Manage commercial handover from Sales
- Validate scope, pricing, and contractual conditions before execution
- Monitor job execution costs
- Consolidate cost elements
- Perform margin analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Serve as Service Project Manager for assigned customers
- Manage long-term service agreements
- Develop and manage lifecycle service plans
- Manage preventive maintenance
- Manage remote diagnostics
- Manage upgrades and modernization initiatives
- Own commercial performance of service agreements
- Manage service agreement renewals
- Manage service agreement contract variations
- Control service agreement margins
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Build and maintain trusting customer relationships
- Communicate regularly with customers
- Conduct customer performance reviews
- Deliver continuous value to customers
