Requirements

  • Knowledge of protection, control, and SCADA systems
  • Familiarity with Hitachi Energy products preferred
  • Understanding of project management; PMP/IPMA plus

  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Independent and collaborative work ability

Tasks

  • Manage grid automation service projects and orders
  • Oversee system extensions, retrofits, and upgrades
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery
  • Act as the primary customer contact
  • Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for compliance
  • Manage order-related risks and corrective measures
  • Plan and implement effective problem-solving activities
  • Maintain various customer and service portals
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA to manage SLAs
  • Conduct project reviews for management and customers
  • Support service sales with feedback and quotations
