Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience
  • •Proven expertise in compliance management
  • •Experience advising on compliance implications in M&A
  • •Strong knowledge of compliance due diligence processes
  • •Familiarity in digitalization strategies for compliance
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects
  • •Strong delegation and supervisory skills

Tasks

  • •Design and implement global C&BE due diligence processes
  • •Continuously improve end-to-end third-party compliance workflows
  • •Manage internal due diligence processes addressing sanction laws and fraud risks
  • •Develop contractual clauses and participate in contract negotiations
  • •Serve as C&BE Due Diligence Lead for M&A and joint ventures
  • •Provide expert advice on compliance implications and risk mitigation
  • •Supervise C&BE Due Diligence checks for high-risk third parties
  • •Recommend effective mitigation measures for identified risks
  • •Act as primary Compliance business partner for third-party onboarding
  • •Foster collaboration across internal stakeholders for compliance integration
  • •Oversee development and improvement of compliance policies and procedures
