Tasks
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas
- Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare status reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities
- Manage challenging client requests and issue escalations
