  • Align workstreams with capacity and margin expectations
  • Define account rituals, governance, and decision-making processes

  • Interrogate and reframe briefs through strategic lenses
  • Shape project success metrics and push back when necessary
  • Manage account profitability and spend control
  • Coordinate resourcing and scheduling with Delivery Management
  • Partner with specialists to build investment impact cases
  • Represent account needs at a global level
  • Coordinate with other regions to ensure a consistent approach
