- Define account rituals, governance, and decision-making processes

- Shape project success metrics and push back when necessary
- Manage account profitability and spend control
- Coordinate resourcing and scheduling with Delivery Management
- Partner with specialists to build investment impact cases
- Represent account needs at a global level
