- Co-lead governance meetings
- Contribute to policy design
- Make key decisions
- Ensure alignment with global standards
- Ensure alignment with budgets
- Liaise between regional process managers and leadership
- Incorporate stakeholder needs into global initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on L2C process improvements
- Tailor L2C improvements to business needs
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Define KPIs for assigned sub-processes
- Measure sub-process performance
- Drive data-driven continuous improvement

- Prepare impactful reports and dashboards
