Tasks
- Lead sales growth for the SCHOTT Pharma portfolio in Eastern Europe
- Promote and sell the full product portfolio to current and potential customers
- Reach an annual sales volume of approximately 10–15 million EUR
- Develop customer-specific solutions for products, services, and conditions
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide market updates
- Foster partnerships between customers and production sites
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with internal stakeholders
- Establish annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Monitor target achievement and implement corrective actions
- Develop site-specific sales approaches
- Align strategies and objectives with key internal stakeholders
