Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Strong knowledge of programming languages, including C, C++, Python, and embedded languages
  • •Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • •Strong experience in customer support and enablement
  • •Knowledge of embedded processor development flow and ecosystems
  • •Knowledge of Ethernet communication protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, CoAP, SomeIP
  • •Knowledge of networking and network management concepts and applications

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Answer questions from Field Sales engineers and customers
  • •Create application notes to enhance user experience
  • •Develop knowledgebase articles for user support
  • •Write user guides for product usage
  • •Provide example code for customer implementation
  • •Identify gaps in current enablement materials
  • •Set proactive goals to address observed gaps
  • •Create high-level requirements for development teams
