As an Airworthiness Office Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient aviation by developing certification programs, managing compliance, and monitoring regulations. Your work will directly impact the future of aviation safety and performance.

Requirements

• •Education in appropriate field or comparable education
• •5+ years of experience in compliance documentation for aircraft
• •3+ years of experience in review and interpretation of Part 21 and associated AMCs and GMs
• •Knowledge of airworthiness requirements (CS/JAR-25, CS-ACNS, CS-CCD, CS-FCD, CS-MMEL, CS-SIMD, CS-FSTD)
• •Knowledge of implementing rules for airworthiness and environmental certification
• •Education in internal organizational processes and design organization handbook
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Tasks

• •Develop and oversee certification programs
• •Create and manage compliance checklists
• •Ensure DOA processes comply with applicable Part 21 regulations
• •Monitor new regulations and guidance material from agencies
• •Verify all design activities align with approval terms
• •Classify changes and repairs accurately
• •Prepare compliance documents to demonstrate regulatory adherence
• •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for occurrences
• •Implement strategic initiatives to improve design organization performance
