- Experience in new aircraft development (CS25)
- Ability to prioritise, manage, and multi-task
- Experience in product development for multiple aircraft programmes
- Leading and instructing complex tasks within/outside the company
- Very good presentation, communication, and leadership skills
- Catia V5, PLM 3D experience, MS Office
Tasks
- Manage complex internal and external tasks
- Define actions and means to meet requirements
- Integrate tasks for complex aerostructures
- Plan activities and required competencies based on deliverables
- Collaborate within an airframe work package to ensure deliverables
- Ensure structural integrity by optimizing airframe weight and performance
- Propose optimizations for weight improvement and cost-efficient design
- Define test procedures and monitor progress for on-time delivery and quality
- Identify and drive opportunities for digitalization and automation in airframe analysis
