Requirements
- •Master’s Degree, Diplom Ingenieur in Aerospace, Electrical, or Software Engineering
- •Over 10 years of Development Assurance experience
- •In-depth experience with RTCA DO-178C/AMC 20-115D and RTCA DO-254
- •In-depth experience with System Development Processes (ARP4754A)
- •In-depth experience with Safety Assessment Process (ARP4761)
- •Familiarity with EASA regulations, Part 21J and CS 25 / FAR 25
- •Desirable: Experience as EASA CVE and EASA Panel 10 activities
- •Strong team spirit, communication skills, and English skills

- •Lead and mentor the engineering team
- •Define and implement Development Assurance processes
- •Apply DA processes at various levels
- •Perform supplier oversight during development lifecycles
- •Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- •Capture and define technical requirements
- •Manage verification and validation activities
- •Oversee configuration management and process assurance
- •Liaise with EASA Panel 10 representatives
- •Prepare for and attend EASA meetings
- •Participate in SOI and System Review audits
- •Verify technical documentation for EASA submission
- •Support qualification and ground test activities
- •Assist with Safety of Flight assessments
- •Support flight test activities
- •Manage aircraft installation approval for TSO items
- •Interface with certification and airworthiness requirements
- •Utilize IBM DOORS for requirements management
- •Apply safety assessment processes per ARP4761
