Hunting strategic industrial accounts and driving net-new revenue for agentic AI solutions. Proven sales hunter success with AI solutions required. Fast-scaling, high-visibility business with commitment to sustainability.
Requirements
- Proven sales hunter success
- Demonstrated experience selling AI solutions, ideally agentic systems, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow technologies
- Strong understanding of AI agent integration with enterprise systems and operational processes
- Technically credible, consultative seller translating AI concepts into business outcomes
- Curiosity, adaptability, and engagement with agentic AI and enterprise automation evolution
- Experience selling into industrial markets (manufacturing, energy, aerospace & defense, engineering, construction)
- Preferred experience launching or scaling new or acquired offerings into new markets
Tasks
- Hunt strategic industrial accounts
- Generate organic demand
- Participate in planned campaigns
- Drive net-new revenue for IFS Loops and agentic AI
- Lead consultative conversations on agentic AI
- Discuss orchestration and autonomous workflows
- Explain decision intelligence
- Position IFS Loops as a differentiated AI platform
- Engage senior technical and business stakeholders
- Confidently interact with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital
- Identify and qualify 6-7 digit ACV opportunities
- Close AI-driven automation and autonomy deals
- Partner with core account teams
- Collaborate with AI product specialists
- Work closely with solution engineering
- Support matrixed GTM model
