- •Track AI agent usage and product adoption
- •Reach out proactively to underperforming customers
- •Lead workshops and product training sessions
- •Resolve customer requests and technical issues
- •Debug integrations and agent performance problems
- •Answer support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- •Provide onboarding assistance to smaller accounts
- •Build workflows for tracking customer health metrics
- •Document playbooks and internal success processes
- •Improve internal and external knowledge bases
- •Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback
